·适用于使用YAG激光(近红外、可见、近紫外、紫外)的微细加工※ ※不保证激光振荡器配备系统的综合性能和安全性。

 半导体电路的切割、修整、修正、打标、薄膜(绝缘膜)的去除和加工、液晶彩色滤光片等的修复(修正缺陷)等。

·适用于红外光学系统※

 硅类的内部观察、红外光谱特征分析等。※另需红外光源和红外摄像机等。

·反射照明光学系统标配带孔径光阑远心照明

需要均匀照明的图像处理。可用于尺寸测量、形状检查、定位等。

·VMU-LB和VMU-L4B强化了显微镜主体的刚性和综合性能(与以往产品相比)
